My appointment was for 10:30. I arrived about 10-15 minutes early. I walked out at 10:28! If only all medical professionals operated that efficiently. Shannon was extremely friendly and professional. More importantly, she removed my stitches with no discomfort. She thoroughly explained how to care for my incision.

She’s a sweetheart

I was so encouraged by her diagnosis and suggestions for reducing my pain.

Although helpful, I do not believe she reviewed my chart before entering the room. I am in OT for Carpal Tunnel Surgery. She did not seem aware of my surgery or the radial head fracture on my left arm. Nurse Practitioners should be mindful of the patient's condition before entering the room.

Great care provided by Shannon, she answers all questions, very friendly and professional.

She was very nice. This was a follow up for my child after having trigger finger release on three fingers. She looked at her hands /incisions only and said ok she is good to go after about 30 seconds. She didn't feel her fingers or bend them. I had to bring up that there was still a click in one and she said "oh, okay come back in six weeks". I would have thought that just a touch more time and attention and she wouldn't have missed it. I even mentioned it to RN prior to Shannon coming in. We were in and out of room within 3 minutes. Somewhat disappointed after the great care from Dr. Patel.
