Sara Sato, NP

Sarah Sato, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the co-founders of The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC, located in Superior, Colorado. Sarah completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She went on to earn both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing at Columbia University in New York City, where she was part of the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. As part of her training, Sarah worked as a registered nurse at the Manhattan Children's Center and student nurse practitioner at the Neighborhood Family and Health Center in the Bronx. After completing her training, Sarah worked as a nurse practitioner at several facilities in Colorado before starting The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC in 2019. Sarah is board-certified and holds both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado, and is a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has independent prescriptive authority and holds a Drug Enforcement Administration certificate, which allows her to prescribe medication for patient treatment.
