Over the years, she has developed extensive knowledge not only in pediatric primary care (birth to age 21) but also in the specialty of allergy, asthma, and immunology.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling extensively with her husband on out-of-the-country surf adventures, snowboarding, getting lost in a good book (always paper, never digital), working in her yard alongside her husband, making soap, and attending live concerts. She believes a healthy diet, an active lifestyle, and positive relationships = the fountain of youth.
Kate is often told by patients that she is an excellent listener and takes her time – never rushing. She herself suffers from allergies/asthma and can easily put herself into patients’ shoes.
