She spoke with genuine concern for my well-being
I haven't met her in person. I just had a virtual visit with her. But she was very pleasant and got my prescriptions refilled quickly.
I did not feel she was prepared for our appointment. Did not know my history. Did not take time or initiate to look at my old lans to compare to new labs. Said my labs were normal but I pointed out 2 abnormal labs with high values. Not a good first impression for me. I too work in health care. Maybe next appointment will go better.
She was very understanding of my symptoms with a bronchial infection and did not keep me on the phone because talking made cough excessively and out of breath! She was an angel!
She was the first person who actually listened to my concerns and made sure that my medication concerns were covered until my next dr appointment.
