She took time to talk with me and is very intelligent. I appreciated her knowledge. She did a great job and hopefully get her again next time.
Really frustrated with the office. I scheduled my appointment and was told if I didn’t hear from them I was approved for the procedure. Showed up to find out I wasn’t approved since they found out over the weekend that it was denied and the nurse said she didn’t know I was coming so soon. Please don’t have your office schedule an appointment that requires pre authorization if it can’t be done as quickly as the appointment is scheduled.
