Sara Holmberg, ANP, focuses on providing care that promotes healthy lifestyle choices while managing chronic conditions over the course of a lifetime. There has always been a special place in her heart for geriatric medicine.
Sara enjoys being connected to the people of Hudson. “It’s a wonderful place to live and work, and caring for patients at Hudson Physicians provides the opportunity to give back to my community.” She is passionate about working with patients to make changes for the long run.
Sara advises patients to go outside more and states it’s a wonderful way to reduce stress. She also recommends eating right, cutting back on treats, dishing up smaller portions, and cooking healthier food choices at home. Getting good sleep and having a spiritual connection are also ways that Sara finds peace.
In her spare time, Sara loves to be outdoors; camping, canoeing, hiking, and most importantly spending time with her family, whether it’s playing tennis, swimming or just walking the dog.
