I like that she is thorough but I didn’t like that she wanted me to have my UA via catheter which is an invasive procedure compare to a clean catch, I’m fully capable of doing the clean catch.

Sara is very good at explaining why she recommends a certain course of care so the patient can understand, ask questions and get on board. I think Sara strives to strike a balance with being diligent but prudent in her decisions re; my health . With all the media attention to fraud in healthcare this makes me feel reassured that she is trying to provide the correct level of care and follow up needed.
