Today was my first visit and I was truly pleased. NP Williams was kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was determined to give me the best care. She was clear and concise when explaining all information and suggestions. She ensured I understood everything discussed before I departed. I highly recommend!!

Took plenty of time with me, allowed me to ask a lot of questions, and genuinely listened. She has a lively personality, good sense of humor, and an excellent bedside manner. Unlike many nurse practitioners I've dealt with, she appeared very knowledgeable about her specialty. The NPs I've seen in the past were more like regular nurses who just happened to have a few extra letters after their name. I feel confident that Ms. Sam will forge an effective and collaborative relationship between me, her, and Dr. Amin.
