This was my first time a Advance Urology Institute. Saw Nurse Practitioner Samantha Triece. Samantha absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and communicated very clearly. She gave me as much time as I needed to ask questions and answered each and every one in a way that was understandable to a lay person, like myself. But that is not all of the goodness. This really blew me away. She went and did additional research after the appointment was over and she called me and discussed what she had found and how it was important to the treatment plan she developed and possible contraindications with other medications and health issues I have. Some might say, this should be the standard of care, but I am have been having health issues for years and my experience is that many doctors, NPs, PAs, etc. do not go this extra mile. Thank you and, whomever is her supervisor....Take note and reward her because she goes the extra mile.
