It was my first time meeting Samantha today for my appointment and boy what a surprise! She went over everything to where I completely understood it and she genuinely listened to me as well and I felt heard. She has such a caring nature about her that completely put me at ease. She has such a kind demeanor about her. Very thankful for Samantha today.
