Samantha Jefferson, CPNP, DNP, completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Pediatric Primary Care from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Sammie spent her eight-year nursing career on the Pediatric Progressive Care Unit (PPCU) at the University of Maryland Children's Hospital. She grew up in Bowie and is an alumni of St. Pius X, as well as Archbishop Spalding High School, where she played soccer.
