Very sweet person
Samantha is friendly and competent, however often pushed for time. Telephone messages to Ms. Hamblin are slow to be answered or not returned at all A short text reply would be greatly appreciated, especially when someone is anxiously awaiting test results, etc.
Everything was Great.
She’s very nice, a great listener and provides positive feedback.
Her bedside manners need to be better. I can tell that she has super smart but I most definitely will not be back and will get a second opinion elsewhere. Even when she feels like nothing is wrong she still needs to be reassuring. From talking over me to making me feel like what I’m saying isn’t true. When I filled out the symptom part on the tablet I literally checked everything. Just because things are normal today doesn’t mean that they aren’t out of wack any other day. All I left with today was knowing that today was a good day health wise. No answers as to why my hands and feet get cold or why there’s a rush of heat to my left foot or even WHY I’m starting to notice a bunch of spidering veins (she didn’t care to look at them). Or even why my bp is noticeable other days different in both hands by 20 points. She said it has to be 30 points which is insane. But I appreciate you guys getting me in quick but today was a bad experience.
