He addressed my complaint, but has a very poor bedside manner, and very little empathy. But I don’t expect my Dr Sender’s office personality wise. The only people that are kind of the girls at the front desk.

He and the staff are always on your side and actually help you!!

Attentive and understanding.

Not so much Ryann but the office First time seeing Ryann. Went in for biannual ultrasound and there was no technician. 45minute drive each way. No call from office informing me of not being able to provide service. Got nothing from the visit except 3 hours of waisted time and a 5$ copayment which I asked to get back. Refused to reimburse me. I’m sure they will still bill my insurance and they did absolutely nothing.

Very nice young man. Very thorough with what we needed to do. Had a lot of information for me, and also let me ask many questions. Would definitely refer him to anyone.
