Kind and efficient.
She is friendly and personable but is quick in her exam. A less confident person might struggle to share sensitive things given her brisk nature. Some people struggle to share intimate things and might need to warm up more. She doesn't provide space to do that.
Ruthy made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions.
Did not make me feel comfortable what so ever. In and out of the room within a minute.
