Ruth Ferreri, NP-C, earned her BSN from the University of Connecticut in 2003. She worked as a hospital bedside nurse with acutely ill patients, and returned to the University of Connecticut to pursue her Master of Science. Ruth completed her training as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in 2007. She then worked in hospital medicine, taking care of inpatients with varied conditions at community hospitals and then at Yale New Haven Hospital.
