I love She’s over there and ready to assist you and what you need and explain everything to you. I’m very glad you’re there so what we need thank you.

Ms. Rodriguez took her time explaining everything to me. She knew what over the counter meds to recommend because of my prescriptions. I was so happy to meet and be treated by her. Awesome nurse practitioner!!!

Oh yeah ask for an injection. They never came back and told me that they were gonna give it to me. Just the MA came back and said you can leave now and I ask her cheating. Don’t know anything about it and I was supposed to get blood drawn from the phlebotomist cause no one else could do it and they’re all medical assistance. They should be able to draw blood And now I have to go back again tomorrow cause they were out for lunch. Everyone in was giggling and laughing out loud and their break room. Not very professional with everyone. !!!

I requested a podiatry ref for my neuropathy & calluses and she said the podiatry only see urgent patients, I told her my legs were hurting when they get massaged it hurts really bad I want to get a circulating test to check for pvd, she said no for me to try stockings and the insurance don’t pay for them, I also mentioned I’m getting bad headaches and foggy vision and was told to go see my Optometrist, Since I joined Gonzaba I feel like they don’t want to give you referrals to see specialist or get tested, it’s not just her pcp too.
