Best one yet. I have had problems with New Braunfels clinic before. She understood where I am in life...and helped tremendously...last time I was there we had all kind of problems. From your management team! Not the nurses. 940 today. Got there at 915...by 940 we had taken my blood. An hour later my doctor was still reading my file? So draw blood tell me i need a Stool sample...and an hour and a half I sit in room? Ruby made it better. Because 3 minths ago it was a scene! It was all about taking blood and the head nurse at the time tried to use the finger thing. She got mad because I told the finger prick thing never works. Oh she was going to show me...5 tries no view. Then turn little knife into a sword and cut my finger..blended terribly but it still would not register. Now we go to drawing blood where i am not good at. Well they took forever and finally found a vien! Then it took so long I almost passed out! Water all over me..trying to drink water. I would have rather seen Garcia Fajardo. This lady seemed disinterested in giving me real help. Im 66 I've heard it all. Could have done better.
