Went in for some ingrown toe nails that were hurting me. Was really scared to get it done. So I read her reviews before going in. She has excellent reviews so made me feel more comfortable. Sure enough, she made sure I didn't feel any pain before she proceeded, before I knew it she had pulled them out. Those ingrown toe nails were pretty huge so I am surprised I didn't feel any pain. She does do excellent work.

Dr Hernández was very helpful. The problem was the employees screening at front door. It was just very disappointing that when we were called for the prescreening questions I specifically asked about a family member going in with my 90 year old father and was told yes. They did not permit my sister to go in.
