Very rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there

I didn’t think she did her job. I had hurt my arm when I lifted something. She didn’t touch my arm to check it for broken bones. I told her it was the muscle hurting and she sent me for an X-ray that doesn’t show muscle damage. So now I have a bill for X-ray that didn’t show the problem and I still have to make an appointment with my primary doctor for another diagnosis and bills. I’m very upset by these lost approximately 4 hours especially since I had to bring my husband with me and he has Parkinson and Dementia. This was hard on both of us

She did not ask me any of my symptoms and did not introduce herself. She did not look at my chart and prescribed me medicine that I already take daily to treat my infections.

Went to see what was wrong with me and my son and only thing her nurse did was give us a Covid test and no other testing to figure out why we were having the symptoms. We were very unprofessional came in there and took my son out of the room and was having him call her Mimi.

She was great. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She asked questions, I answered them , she treated me like a person and not like just a patient. Very good I would keep her around if possible she answered all my questions, and ask a few other others.
