In my case ,he was very decent human being . The problem is the medical system and its fear of doing what the patient asks for with our fear of lawsuits . I wanted meds and it couldn't be provided to me without many tests and too much time to be productive for my situation I wanted bllod pressure meds an i couldn't obtain them . He as a person was wonderful bit his hands are tied .
