I’ve had my ears cleaned by many professionals, but never with as little irritation and as much care as with NP Kaiser. He took as much time as was needed to properly serve me. Kaiser is a kind individual who prides himself on being a committed provider. I cannot recommend him enough.

He was able to remove all the really embedded wax out of my elderly mother’s ears and is the only person who has been able to do that in almost two years. She has dementia and anxiety and struggles with doctor visits. Her hearing is completely restored! She cried tears of joy on the way home. 🥹 Thank you Mr. Kaiser for your patience and kindness with my mom!! You are awesome!!

Dr Kaiser was very gentle, he told me before he did anything what he was going to do , he kept checking in with me making sure I was comfortable and he really eased my anxiety, I have never had a better Dr of any field. This second time I see Robert for an ear cleaning. He does an exceptional job and is very careful with the equipment he uses in the process. He makes sure to ask regularly if I’m feeling any discomfort, so that he can make the proper adjustment of needed to ensure a pain free process.

He took time to remove ear wax and apologized for wait.

Only thing I wasn’t happy about is that my prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy right away. Had to wait and call office the next day since I called pharmacy at 6pm and Dr’s office already closed

Finally! Someone who really seemed to care and wanted to help me get to the bottom of what is going on with me medically. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything to me.

But not his fault. EIT scheduling is poor at best. He was 2 hours behind and that's too long to wait for ear wax removal and what ever bit of info he might have shared. Don't think I'll be back.
