Dr Kaiser was great!!! Very nice and explained everything he was doing, what he found in my ear. Gave me information on the diagnosis and again explained what he planned to help me with my ear problem. :)

I have been into three doctors trying to get an appointment for ENT. The team and Mr. Kaiser are phenomenal. You listen to what I had to say, took the TIME to look into my ears and provided a recommendation. After six weeks, I finally feel like I’m getting the car that I need. Thank you.
