I felt she didn’t believe that I had shingles but didn’t have a suggestion on what I had. Some people will not always be text book on symptoms or patterns.

Rude, and didn't really care that I was in pain, she acted like I was a bother.

Asking a patient why are you here, and what do you want makes people feel insignificant. I got the feeling, that I was a bother. Attitude change was apparent when I could not afford xrays and additional costs. Her recommendation to follow up with my PCP? If I had a PCP, don't you think I would have started there? Genius

Regina is by far the best in the practice. She is there to do a great job and cares and relates to her patients on a personal and professional level, not just to see you and push out the door for the next in line, like some Nurse Practitioners do. She relates and communicates like she’s your best friend and she’s sincere about the job and her relationship or interaction with her patients. I’ve expressed myself to her and her co workers of how well she does and I’m amazed at her practice. I live in Columbus, but I’d much rather make the trip to Shelbyville to get the best healthcare and treatment from Regina and the staff at this location. Thank you Regina and staff. By far the best clinic.

Most awesome nurse practitioner ever! We were traveling through town when our 3 year old spiked a fever. We looked up a local urgent care to get her seen. We were quickly seen and were treated like we were special. Everyone was kind and caring. They even gave baby girl a popsicle at the end. We were in and out in less than 45 mins. A+ for this place!!

Gina does a great job! I took my 2 year old son for a double ear infection. She is very compassionate and sweet with the littles. She takes her time and is very gentle so that they aren't scared or in pain at all. We've seen her a few times and she's always done a fabulous job!
