I always enjoy my visits at Southeastern spine. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel right at home. Dr Rebecca Payne is very attentive to any problem and very knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to have her as my doctor. Not many doctors can make you feel as comfortable and she has a great sense of humor. She's the best!

Rebecca Payne, FNP-C, grew up in the Chattanooga area. She graduated from the nursing program at Dalton State College in 2002 and worked for six years at Memorial Hospital. Rebecca attained a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2008 with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration.
Rebecca joined Southeastern Spine in 2014 after working for five years in a related specialty. Rebecca is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
