Rebecca is very professional and thorough while reviewing my records and overall health. She guided me through a change in medication, providing all the necessary information on use and benefits. She is courteous and reassuring.
Initially she was very attentive and informative but as I began sharing more about my health concerns, she cut me off and ended the appointment.
