Rebecca is compassionate and very knowledgeable. She very rarely says, "I don't know." And then she does the research and provides you with a sound answer. Excellent is the best description for her.

Becky takes the time to listen to you. She cares very much for her patients.

This appointment was scheduled to clear up ongoing delays and communications issues related to a prescription I have been trying to get filled for 6-weeks. I was told by the office manager that when I came in, they would either be able to bill my health insurance for the prescription as my insurance requires OR they would have a referral ready to get me out to someone who can take over and/or a plan in place. I waited an hour to be seen after my appointment time, then after much back and forth to hear about how the issue wasn’t Becky’s fault and how much she cares and is frustrated also, she didn’t have any answers. She said she may be able to refer me to Fort Sanders but no efforts had been made by anyone to determine what providers are covered by my insurance to be able to take over and manage my needs. I walked away with instructions to email her the information I had previously provided via email and left to find my own providers. I was told I would get answers and got none.
