Rachel Sears, APRN grew up in South Oklahoma City where she attended Moore Public Schools. Upon graduating, she acquired a B.S. degree in Biology at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha. She then went on to obtain a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. Rachel worked as an RN while earning a Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice at Oklahoma City University. She is now working as an APRN under the direct supervision of Dr. Derek West.
When she is not in the clinic, Rachel loves to exercise, bake, and play ball with her dog, Reggie.

Rachel is the best… You can tell she actually cares and it comes out when she speaks .. she explains things to where there are no questions left to be answered!! Love her and. Blessed to have her as my Nurse!!!
She came in the room with a smile she left out of the room with a smile. She made me feel comfortable as she explain my issues, and she was very patient with me in my lack of knowledge about my issues
