Rachel is the Best!! She explains things very well.. She shows she cares.. Never leave an appointment with unanswered questions!!!!
I went to see Rachel with a different problem. She gave me options and we decided which is the best option for me. She will help get to the cause of my pain by getting an mri and then find out the treatment plan.

As far as I know right now, she made an accurate diagnosis, but I really wanted to see Dr West & hear his diagnosis. Rachel was personable & professional, but we thought Dr West would come in and go over the x-rays with us since he’s the Dr/surgeon.
She is great!

Rachel was very thorough in her exam. She takes time to ask questions and listens to answers. I always feel very cared for by everyone in Dr West’s office. I highly recommend Southwest Orthopedics.
