Rachel always answers my questions. She is very nice and knowledgeable. She is kind and gentle. I got 3 shots in the knee, 3 weeks apart, and i could barely tell!!! No pain at all. Try not to lose her! Lol

Rachel explained more clearly about my surgery I had two weeks ago, I wish someone would have told my son after I had surgery that it was 4 tears in my shoulder and not just one. That explains why I was in a lot of pain after the surgery . Thank you Rachel .

There was nothing wrong with Rachel however I was expecting to see Dr. West Rachel explained my situation clearly and concisely and we came up with a plan.
