After Rachel tested me and I was diagnosed with covid, she only prescribed fir a minor ear infection and nothing to treat my covid condition, claiming that she didn't have any test results for the condition of kidney, so I asked why didn't she order the test for kidneys , I was told that I had to come back the following day and the results would be an additional day before she would prescribe to me a covid medicine which is ubsurd, so u had to fight back to get a lower dose of Paxlovid, this puts a bad taste in mouth it makes not to ever come to Prism Group for any medical treatment
