This is the most amazing NP and the BEST office ever. I go to the Troy office and Heidi at the front desk is ALWAYS amazing! Every single time! Ashton was great and Rachel was knowledgeable, professional and unbelievably great.

This was my first visit with Rachel and I was very comfortable with her. When she told what medication she was giving me, she noticed my facial expression changed. I was concerned with the medication and she explained the mechanics of how they would work for my condition. I thought it was funny and thought abt how times my facial expressions changed with other Dr's appts and no one notices. For that she gets 6 stars which are not available. Thank you Rachel
