Rachel is empathetic and caring, really takes the time to listen to your concerns and never makes you feel silly for asking questions.
She is very efficient and seems to know what she is talking about. The only thing I would recommend is that she speak louder because I have a hearing problem which I hope to get taken care of soon.

I saw Dr. Hinds for a physical today and she was very thorough and helped me work through any concerns I had. She never made me feel rushed and she offered thoughtful ideas that helped me make the best choices for my health which I truly appreciated. She has also seen me before in the clinic for a minor skin problem and again with my son when he broke his collar bone. Her quality of care is very consistent, I’m very happy that she is part of the Prism Health Care team!
