I know it’s become cliche to say you’d give more stars than the rating scale allows, but in Rachel’s case she really does deserve more than 5 stars. I’m 69 and have dealt with many health care providers in my life. Rachel is one of the best! Discussing urological issues with a health care provider has always been somewhat uncomfortable in my experience. But, it was not with Rachel. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with her professionalism, expertise, experience, confidence, compassion, patience, listening skills, friendly personality, and open mindedness. I would never had considered the treatment I eventually chose if I didn’t have total confidence in Rachel and meshed so well with her personality. Rachel has made a profound improvement in my quality of life. She is the best!

Honestly im shocked at how dismissive she was of my issues. Instead of trying to pffer me extra steps to help, after ive been complaining of pain and urination issues for many months now, she differed me to "urgent care" wich i have already been to dozens of times for similar issies. She isntead cockily the last time i saw her told me to just "grip ur p*nis" and pull out the urine in response to me having leakage issues. Im 25 years old this is not normal. Im very disappointing in my care from her. I would give a 1 start but she is nice and does have a pleasant demeanor most times but the last time i saw her she seemed more irritated at me for making another appointment and trying to get to the bottom of the issue than actually helping me solve whatever is going on. This is straigh up either arrogance or incompetence. Maybe she should get a different job.
Rachel was great. I felt that my concerns were listened to and addressed appropriately. She took the time to explain and answer my questions. I left feeling relieved that a treatment plan had been made.
If you disagree or attempt to advocate for yourself she becomes clearly agitated. She does not take into account that the patient may know their own body. She only wants to go by the textbook answers.
