Rachel Davidson, NP joined the Tier 1 team as an interventional pain management Nurse Practitioner. She has a heart for serving others and is eager to make a difference in the lives of patients seeking a pain-free lifestyle in the Upper Cumberland.
Rachel spent most of her life in the quaint town of Lynchburg, Tn. While attending college at Tennessee Technological University she met her husband Jimmy Davidson and decided Overton County was where her new life would bloom. Together they have Ezra and Ava Davidson. If she is not busy serving her patients, you can find her spending time with her family or traveling.
Rachel has worked in a variety of healthcare settings during her career. She, like many, started off as a certified nursing assistant where she served as a CNA in a nursing home, home health care, and also in a hospital setting.
Rachel graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2017 with her Baccalaureate in Nursing as a Registered Nurse where she expanded her experience in more areas including but not limited to: Intensive Care, Rehabilitation, Geriatric Psychiatry, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Oncology. In 2020, amongst a pandemic on the rise, Rachel received her Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner after deciding to further advance in her education. Before joining the Tier 1 team she served at Fast Pace Urgent Care in Algood, Tennessee.
Rachel is compassionate, caring, and eager to serve the Upper Cumberland Community. She is very grateful to have this wonderful opportunity to serve her patients, to improve their quality of life, and to build strong patient-provider relationships at Tier 1 along the way. Rachel is committed to advocating for her patients and finding solutions and treatments to ensure a life of longevity, happiness, and quality.
