This Nurse Practitioner should be a Doctor. She understood my condition and provided treatment options. But more importantly, she understood that without the proper paperwork, you receive no treatment. She processed the paperwork needed for my treatment and even followed up the next day…I want her as my PCP.

Somewhat rude and extremely unprofessional. Brought 2024 lab analysis and starting rambling data and was rude when I asked her a question in the middle of her rambling only then did she notice she had 2024 lab results when I was clearly in for lab results from my last visit end of March. Get it together BEFORE seeing a patient please and avoid the stupidity.
Perla was amazing! Took the time to ensure all needs were met and I didn’t feel rushed at all.

My appt was at 8:00 , was told to be there at 7:30 . Checked in at 7:30, provider did not come into room until 8:50 … first time I had scheduled with her , extremely annoyed at how inconsiderate for her to be so late . Asking us to be early to a scheduled appointment, just to be made to wait so long is so unacceptable!! I will say that I will not schedule with Perla Ramirez in the future .
