Felt unhurd- blamed for having multiple tele health apt, even tho they are convenient for me because this was a follow up. Rushed off the phone. Was told to set an in person apt at the other location. Absolutely a waste of time and very unprofessional

I appreciate the clinic, but during my recent visit I felt rushed and didn’t feel like my concerns were fully heard. It would have helped to have a little more time to talk through my symptoms and questions.
