I was really disappointed with this visit. I was "seen" by a student NP. Which would have been fine if Ms. Golden would have followed up after. I made an appointment to speak with her not a student so I didn't go in to some issues I was having with the student. I did allow him to review my meds and listen to my lungs. Once he left tge room she came in after to basically tell me by and give me orders for labs. It took me longer to get registered in the lobby then my total visit. I'm sue they will charge my insurance for a FULL visit completed by Ms. GOLDEN

Very disappointed. These PA’s want to brush off all your symptoms. Went in because I had previous umbilical hernia repair 12 yrs ago and I have same symptoms and told her it was very painful in that area and especially after I eat. She felt it and said she didn’t feel anything wrong and wasn’t worried. So you’re not worried it could be something major like maybe a tumor or something else going on in that area as to why I’m very painful ? When I told I was extremely worried it could be a tumor or something else she said well we can do an ultrasound . I said yeah, I want to make sure it’s nothing serious. P.A o’Neil missed pancreatic cancer in my husband even though he clearly had signs of back pain and elevated liver enzymes. There such in a rush to get in and out that they don’t seem to care to listen to their patients concerns. Who knows how many missed diagnosis people have had when they brush everything off as of nothing.

She is very attentive and treated and diagnosed my condition throughly

We saw Eric. He was great. Bedside manner is wonderful. Hopefully he continues to be at the office.

I don't remember if I told you that rash started after I started taking jardiance. Maybe some of my vitamin supplements don't mix well with jardiance.

Nurse Practitioner Golden is just that She is Golden she listens very well and seems very concerned she explains if you have questions about Rx s, or why you arr having these problems. 👍👍

She never sent in my refill of my blood pressure. And took long to send in my results of my xrays in.Within a week after my appointment. I called 4 times. I was calling about my blood pressure prescription. I was out of them. I also ask for pain medication. She never sent in a prescription. It took a long time to get some answers. She did nothing for me.

Dr is very professional an very knowledgeable. … however the office worker in her office as you walk in is very rude an didn’t help neither did the nurse when I got a severe coffin spell nurse walked out the room n I ask the office girl where was a restroom since it was my first time there no one offer me a cup of water or asked if I was okay .. the greeter in the hall way was an Angel she saw I could barely talk an brought me 2 cups of water.. god bless those greeters in the lobby they are what I notice good about that place..

Visit did me no good it has been difficult to see my own primary Dr.. as he seems to cancle our appointments, out sick or out on vacations it's very annoying as i have many health issues they are getting taken care of but by several other dr"s .......today i came in with severe abdominal pain that has lasted over 3 days I was given an injection told to put lidocane patches and thats it well I told the doctor isn't there more that can be done I suggested an MRI she replied I was to overweight for the machine let's just see if this just helps first then go from there BIG SIGH DISAPPOINTED

Was unable to help but she was outstanding

I felt like all of my concerns were dismissed. I have a history of breast cancer in my family and had wanted to schedule a mammogram just as a precaution and she informed me it was too soon, I am 21, to do a mammogram. When I brought up inconsistencies in my bowel movements and severe acid reflux issues I informed her I had already cut out sodas and spicy foods from my diet and I was told I just need to cut out the exact things I had already cut out and to just take over the counter meds and I should be fine. When I requested a vitamin deficiency test be done she questioned me as to why I wanted one done when I had already stated how I have been experiencing fatigue, difficulty sleeping, and gastrointestinal issues. Overall terrible experience. I had seen her instead of my usual Dr. Kern, I will not be doing that ever again.

I just feel so disregarded. I KNOW something is wrong. I’m in pain standing and walking. I can’t sleep on my left side. I’m a relatively healthy, yet overweight 40 something. I NEED help and no one is listening. I wasn’t told anything new, nor was I sent for testing or something. Last time I stated that I was in pain with my wrist I was sent for an X-ray and shooed away. 2 months later I have a cyst on the wrist I was complaining about. I feel joint pain and nerve pain in many places. I don’t know what else to do I cannot keep living like this.

She made me feel very uncomfortable. I came in because I go to water aerobics at the Natatorium. The instructor told me that everyone had a letter from their doctor that allowed them to enter free. It’s low impact and great for older people with arthritis. When I mentioned this to doctor Golden, her remark was, “You’re here to get a letter to get in free? Do you know how many people have arthritis? You can go free anywhere.” She was obviously upset that I came in to get “Free services” somewhere. I have been at Gonzaba about 15 years and I was never made to feel like a moocher, which I am not. $60 a month, may sound ridiculous to her but as a senior on a limited income, I felt that I could save a little with this letter.

I went in for 2 issues, a UTI and sinus issues. Explained to her my sinus issues and she only addressed my UTI, she didn't check my mouth/throat or nose, she didn't examine me for the sinus issues after i told her i had popping in my ears, sinus drainage and a sore throat. She checked my ears but didn't say anything about how they are. I am a bit disappointed in her treatment today.
