Paul Juliano, APRN

Paul Juliano, APRN, brings an extensive nursing experience and a genuine passion for family medicine to White-Wilson Medical Center in Crestview. His path into healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and he steadily advanced his education and clinical expertise, becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse and then a Registered Nurse before earning his advanced practice credentials. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois.

Since beginning his nursing career in 2016, APRN Juliano found his greatest fulfillment in the relationships he builds with patients. Family medicine was a natural fit for him because it allows him to walk alongside patients across every stage of their health journey. He values the opportunity to build long-term relationships and gain a full understanding of each patient's unique needs and challenges, offering compassionate, consistent support through the patient’s health journey.

APRN Juliano's approach to care centers on listening. He takes the time to thoroughly evaluate each patient's medical history and truly hear their concerns, believing that patients know their own bodies better than anyone else. That insight, paired with evidence-based recommendations, allows him to guide clinical decisions collaboratively with his patients. He is committed to honoring patient autonomy, ensuring patients have the knowledge and resources to make informed decisions about their own care.

That patient-centered philosophy has not gone unnoticed. APRN Juliano has twice been nominated by patients and families to receive the DAISY Award. He counts these recognitions among the proudest achievements of his career.

Born in Panama City, Florida, and raised in nearby Crestview, APRN Juliano has called the Florida Panhandle home for most of his life. Outside the clinic, he is a devoted husband, father, and self-described "proud papa" to five grandchildren, ranging from newborns to eleven years old. He spends much of his free time spoiling them with trips to local parks, the trampoline park, amusement parks, and movie outings.
