Parker Smith, CNP

Parker is originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and is proud to serve the community he calls home. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota before becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) through Morningside University.

Parker is committed to providing the highest quality care while treating every patient with compassion, respect, and dignity. He is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life by reducing pain, restoring function, and regaining independence. He values building meaningful relationships with his patients and is dedicated to supporting them throughout their journey to better health.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys staying active, whether he’s golfing, competing in his weekly basketball league, or cheering on the Vikings. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his wife as they eagerly await the arrival of their baby.
