Very unsanitary. Pamela didn’t sanitize or put on gloves before removing the staple from my head. Also, she didn’t clean the area of the wound before removing the staple nor after.

Always a positive experience with Pamela. The 4 stars are due to always having to wait on other people in the office to do their jobs.

I didn’t get to meet her and I didn’t get a physical even though I was scheduled for one. The first nurse looked at my paper that I needed for a physical for a Chinese visa and said they couldn’t do it and sent me on my way. I still wanted a regular physical though so I stood in the hallway between the front desk and nurses offices and yelled back to the offices, “hey what about my regular physical though” and I got no response. I wasn’t particularly polite about it but I was supposed to get a physical and they just showed me the door. After that I just left but I guess I could have gone back to the front desk to make another appointment.

Didn't provide any pain medication for me after noticing my pulse was high from being in pain

i was not taken seriously and did not have my issues addressed properly. Consequently, i have to return to urgent care again today to get the treatment and medication that I need. Very unhappy with her trivializing how sick my body really is.

Right to the point

Pamela was very rude. When asked why we were there we explained that we cannot get into a psychiatrist to get med management for anxiety for my son which was recommended by our therapist, and was hoping to get some help to get a prescription and her exact words were “that is pretty presumptuous of you”. She said she would not prescribe meds. Which is fine but not once did she apologize or say that she wished she could help. She had no empathy at all. Especially when it comes to mental health and we felt like she was judging my son. When I called to make the appt I specifically asked if this is something CHC could do and was told that they have done it before. We will not be seeing Pam again as she was extremely rude. We will be finding a new PCP. Thank you for your time

Argumentive, didn't fill my prescription that other more qualified Drs had in place , I am 69 years and know qhat medivations and they're side effects they , didn't appreciate her rolling her eyes at me either , walked out in disgust
