NP Boyd was very pleasant, kind, and genuinely attentive throughout the visit. She took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and made sure I understood each step before leaving. I also really appreciated that she encouraged me to ask questions and let me know I could reach out if anything came up afterward and assured me would return my call if I should have further questions. Her approach made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for.
