Pa Kou Thao, APNP was invited to be a part of her nephew’s birth. It was a moment that changed the direction of her life and career. Her newfound passion was the catalyst for becoming a labor and delivery nurse and, subsequently, a Nurse Practitioner. Pa Kou creates lasting connections through her positive and caring demeanor coupled with her insistence on taking her time with patients and listening to them. Even those who hate coming in for their yearly love seeing Pa Kou.
She received her MS in Nursing from Concordia University and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center for Family Nurse Practitioners. Pa Kou has a special interest in reproductive health, contraception, pregnancy planning, and preventative care for women throughout their lifespan.
