Otilia Zepeda is an Exceptional Nurse Practitioner. I’ve been with Dr. Resa’s office for 20 years. I have 6 kids all very different and with each she is attentive, thorough and compassionate. She is the right amount of both professional and comforting in what can sometimes be uncomfortable visits. Aria has done exceptionally well having her. Good job Aria Community and Thanks again Nurse Practitioner Otelia Zapeda.
Couldn't answer my question, she got a little snippy with her response but still couldn't provide a clear answer on a simple question. I have up and decided I will just ask WIC or Google it. My question was how many ounces of formula should my 1yr old consume in a day. Should have been a simple, clear and direct answer.
Dr. Zepeda is very good to explain everything to you and go over all you test results. She is very pleasant and takes the time to make sure you understand.
Otila is excellent!!! She is very caring and she actually takes the time to listens and you can tell she cares about her patients.

Very nice and calm considering my son was screaming his head off. Didn’t ask about my son’s development but she did answer my questions of concern.
I took my grandchild to see Otilia, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care she provides. She is always professional, thorough, and truly takes the time to listen to my concerns. This isn’t our first visit, and every experience has been consistently positive. She shows genuine care and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.
