Norah is great. She's very thorough. On the video call i could barely here her.
Attentive, fast and great attitude
Bravos and Kudos to NP Nora Owino for being a kind-hearted medical personnel. She came to the consultation/ examination room few minutes after, I was taken to there, with a very, big welcoming smile, and a warm greetings, which calmed down my nerves, as I was already scared of the outcomes of the blood, phlegm and CT SCAN tests' results, that I was there for. She was very professional, respectful, proficient, efficient and considerate. She went through my chart very calmly, when speaking about my ailments and the results of my tests, with a very reassuring smile that all is well. My tests' results which were very favourable. She is an angel of mercy, as she resolved within a couple of hours, an issue that I have been having for weeks, with a pharmacy for the delivery of my prescriptions. My hats off to her for her dedication and consideration for my well being. This proved to me that I chose the right place for my health care. Keep up the excellent work, NP Norah Owino.
