Absolutely wonderful woman. Always explains everything in detail, always so happy no matter the situation. She never acts like we're an inconvenience. Just an outstanding lady.

Front desk was amazing. The provider i saw was not. I came in because something is wrong with my ear (and still is wrong) and she looked in my ear twice and said she couldn't see anything and told me "I guess you could try i dont know, like Mucinex or something?" When I didnt have any symptoms. I can barely sleep because of what's happening in my ear and I felt completely dismissed. And what's the worst part?? I had to pay $400 for the privilege of "nothing being wrong" when I can literally feel my ear constantly and am going crazy because of it. Oh and by the way, Mucinex did nothing. She wasnt mean to me or anything but it was very upsetting.

Listens openly and asks questions for greater detail and understanding during assessment. Felt she was thorough and collected necessary labs. Demonstrated caring and gave clear discharge instructions

Very informative. Really wanted to help. Included both the patient and the family in the information! Was also concerned about making sure we weren't doing tests that wouldn't help to save money.
