Dr Burrows is easy to talk to and very kind. We saw her in an instacare visit, and she was really good to us.

I’m very disappointed with the care my daughter received from Dr. Burrows at Canyon View Medical Center. My daughter was seen for painful urination, and her in-office urine test showed blood in her urine. Dr. Burrows said she would send the urine to a lab for a urine culture to identify bacteria and ensure the correct antibiotic. She told me results would take 1–2 days and she’d call me with an update. It’s now been six days, and I have never received a follow-up call. After calling a few times, I finally got a call back today and was told that Dr. Burrows never sent the sample to the lab—it was discarded “dumped” instead. Meanwhile, my daughter completed her antibiotics and is still experiencing pain when she urinates. I trusted that Dr. Burrows would send the sample to the lab and that we would receive accurate information to ensure the right treatment. Instead, there was a complete breakdown in follow-through and communication, leaving my daughter still in pain nearly a week later.

Nesha was wonderful, she listened to my concerns and actually cared. I got the treatment I needed and it didn’t take begging or over explaining like it does with other doctors.
