Communication was very difficult as her English was very poor. She put forth great effort however have of her words were in Spanish and made communication difficult for a non Spanish speaker. Lied about speaking with and coaching me about my weight in MyChart as nothing was ever mentioned to me about it.

Unfortunately communication was difficult as she was not listening to me too she may not understand English as I do, she became pushy when I said I did not want certain things I sure she means well yet I am not a person that can be pushed and I did not appreciate being pushed.
