She is wonderful! Listened to my concerns and provided additional testing to rule out some possible allergens. Very personable and makes you feel important as a patient.

After arriving at 9:45 for my 10AM appointment, I was kept waiting in the exam room until 10:40 before seeing Natasha for what took less than 15 minutes to complete my exam.

Natasha was truly a delight. She listened to all my questions and answered them. She was knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to talk to.

I really like her. Would be happy if I was her regular patient.

She didn't even care to check my daughter's outbreak of bumps. She came in and did a lot of talking, the medical assistant was more attentive than she was. She came in and did alot of talking and was ready to dismissed us by telling us to continue using her medication. She did not send the medication was supposed to sent to the pharmacy for my daughter, she told me she was coming back in the room but she never did horrible experience. My daughter will not be seeing this nurse practitioner again, she will be seeing her regular doctor. I only chose her because her daughter was booked to far out. Would not recommended her.

Natasha was great. Listened and was compassionate. My issue is with the person who returned my phone call who scheduled an appointment that wasn’t need and did not tell me my appointment was in Charlotte, not Rock Hill.
