I felt very comfortable with her, she was concerned about treating me with the right medication.. She was very professional and did all she could do to help me even came back to the room to show me and explain to me that which I needed to know about my body. I loved her personality and respect and privacy she showed me. I thank her for her treatment towards me 🙏 God bless her greatly!!

I always enjoy my conversations with Naomi Marr. She is SO knowledgable, and always explains things thoroughly and takes her time. She doesn't rush on to the next person; makes me feel important, and I feel cared for.

Couldn’t really hear provider on the phone, my primary concerns haven’t been addressed the entire time I’ve been a patient, and my messages always go unanswered.

I prefer NPs because they are more personable. Not Naomi. She made no attempt to connect with me on a personal or intellectual level. My appointment was bumped up an hour early with a notice less than 24 hours before time. I still waited an hour to be seen by Naomi.

I am so unhappy with this doctor I cannot even begin to tell you my daughter is on birth control, and she tried talking her into getting off of it. My daughter actually said that she was a psychopath and never wanted to see her again. She was terrified when she left the office. I don’t know what is wrong with this doctor, but her bedside manner is horrible.

On the intake form, it asked if I had concerns about my weight, I marked no. During the office visit, we discussed my plans to move out of the area in the spring at which I will get established with a new GP (the GP I saw this year I didn’t like; my primary retired last year). Naomi then called me a few hours later to state she saw I had no current GP and wanted to refer me to one who could help with weight loss. Research shows weight stigma is a bigger health issue than BMI. To override intake form assessments in which patients decline concerns about weight, to then refer patients for weight loss or management, is completely irresponsible. I will not be returning to this practitioner, and will make sure the local eating disorder treatment center I am the clinical director of will not have patients referred to her either.
