She listened to my needs and concerns. She made appropriate recommendations and even ordered an ultrasound due to possible health concerns based on my symptoms.

I called and scheduled a visit to discuss abortion medication. Came into the office only to hear from this nurse practitioner that this is something she has never done and would not feel comfortable doing for me. My visit turned into over an hour long embarrassing experience with her running around and checking with other doctors and basically offering no care. Question:If this is something you don’t offer at your office, why schedule a patient for this visit? Why not say “ we don’t offer this service” when I clearly stated the reason of my visit. This is an emotional situation for any women to be in and the last thing you would want is to feel judged and embarrassed. And this is exactly how I felt getting “care” at your place.
