Nancy Oakley, NP

The appointment started off on the wrong foot. I clearly made an appointment for an annual appointment. I told the girl when I made the appointment I wanted a Pap smear. The girl who made the appointment said they don’t do just Pap smears and I’d have to wait until the 3 year mark to have the Pap smear. So I made the appointment for the stated time for a pap and I get to the appointment and they are like no pap. I stated that is the only reason I’m there. So the MA asks and said they’d do the pap. Then when Nancy Oakley came in she was stating the guidelines for the pap and I I was telling her what I was told and she put both hands up and raised her voice and said I’m just telling you the guidelines. We went back and forth and the she says, you’re due next year anyway. So why be argumentative? When she started the pap she kept saying, “you asked for it” needless to say it was painful. Then the MA left me in the room for 7minutes and then scrambled when I opened the door.

Nancy is awesome, makes you feel comfortable and she listen to you.
