Morgan was friendly, understanding that I had not chosen to take all of the tests she suggested, and knowledgeable. She gave me great suggestions that I have already begun to follow.

My first visit with Morgan was very good and i felt like i was being listened to. The second visit, not so much. I felt dismissed. I wasn't informed how expensive the new medication would be until i got the bill from express scripts, which by then was too late to not get it. I was told we could do another test, but the feeling i got was that she didn't think it would matter, but was doing it because i kept insisting that the issues i'm experiencing aren't heart related. She was dismissive and telling me age thinks it's Neurological. I left crying because i know I'm not being listened to the way i thought i was in the beginning.

So knowledgeable and such a pleasant, confident manner. Provided useful advice as well as a makes-sense treatment plan. Morgan is a true pro!

She is friendly and approachable but very knowledgeable .. she can quickly know a great treatment option but has dealt well with the fact I tend to have adverse reactions. To many meds etc.. she can take a step back and say.. what about…? Another favorite thing is you don’t run out of refills too soon!! Thanks!!!

I was seen by her in Thursday. She really surprised me by her behavior. While I was still asking her questions, she mentioned that she needed to get something off the printer and never came back. When the MA came in with paperwork she said the doctor was done . She never even said t goodbye, or if I had additional questions. Nothing, I felt like the practitioner didn’t care one bit about me or my concerns.
