The service was great but the cough medicine I was prescribed could have caused some major issues if I had taken it. Luckily the pharmacist warned me about the possible interaction with another medication I was on and told me I shouldn’t take it. It blows my mind that they as you what current medications you are on during your visit, but then don’t check for any potential interactions

Morgan is great! During our visit a zombie invasion broke out and she single handedly took out a 100 zombies all while treating my daughter from Strep! She is a fierce warrior and an incredible credit to all at Major!

I came in with a migraine and consistent vomiting and diarrhea. She came in and was extremely loud and after telling her I had a migraine she almost didn't notice I even spoke and continued to speak very loudly. Enough to the point where I was wincing at her words and borderline covering my ears. I was not being rude I was in pain and she had no compassion. She turned the lights off and asked if that helped and I explained that it wasn't the lights bothering me it was the volume of her voice and she said "Well, I'm talking normal, so...." and brushed me off and CONTINUED to speak very loudly. I was tearing up at the pain in my head. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I left feeling physically and emotionally worse than when I came in.

Took time to answer questions, was kind and friendly, provided great insight on options for care beyond the initial treatment. We came just before closing but didn’t feel a sense of rush or agitation from her or the staff.

Priority care is the best! Amber at the front desk was a ray of sunshine, Autumn did our intake and was so quick and friendly. Morgan was our provider and was so caring and thorough. They all got my little girl feeling better quickly!

I felt rushed, and didn’t agree with my diagnosis. I was only able to speak for short, quick answers and never got to tell the full story before I was diagnosed. I think my entire interaction with her lasted about 1-2 minutes tops.

They were so busy and I felt just a bit rushed by the nurses but regardless they were all so nice and so thorough. When it was time for NP Munson to come in she was thorough, caring and she wasn’t rushing despite how packed and chaotic the office was. This office and workers never cease to amaze me. I love this place.

She was great with my 6 yr old. He was scared to get staples and she asked him for a hug when it was all done. She and the nurses were very sweet.

All of the staff was very good. They took care of my 83 year old husband so well. We were amazed. Not used to that. He was very ill.

Morgan and her staff were absolutely wonderful. My children were sick and not feeling the office and everyone was so understanding and did what they could to make them comfortable. In the past, doctors etc. get annoyed with children and do not know how to handle them, Morgan was not that way. I just love being surrounded by other mothers who are compassionate. My kids even got popsicles! A+! I wish Morgan could be our primary care doctor.
