Monica Londono, AGPCNP-BC

Monica Londono, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Palm Beach State College (2018) and a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University (2022). She began her healthcare career in 2015 as a registered nurse, developing extensive experience in the care of adult and geriatric populations. Over the years, she worked at Bethesda Health, Palms West Hospital, Boca Regional Hospital, and Jupiter Medical Center, serving in a variety of specialties including oncology, medical-surgical, cardiac telemetry, and progressive care. After seven years in acute care, she transitioned to primary care in 2022, where she continues to support adults and geriatric patients in the management of both acute and chronic conditions.

Mrs. Londono is dedicated to providing holistic and patient-centered care with the aim of improving health outcomes and enhancing quality of life. Away from her professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her husband, whom she married in 2004, and their two sons, ages 8 and 12. Together, they appreciate family activities such as beach outings, fishing, and biking at local parks. She is accepting new patients at our MSPB location in Boynton Beach.
