Loved her! She made me feel like I was heard. She made me feel like she was there to not push me to her way of thinking but guide me thru the health care of myself with her input and help.

Called back and they had the wrong patient, same first name. Put into system and finally before provider was to come in I asked if I was the correct patient. Then got put into another room and waited an hour to be seen, and then not by the provider I was scheduled with. My time is important also, I understand a few minutes late that happens, but I was seen one hour after my scheduled time. With no apology.
