Love Dr Misty Trevino Very professional and thorough

Mrs. Trevino was outstanding during my recent visit. She answered all my questions concerning my lab results and remained friendly throughout my visit.

She is nice enough but doesn’t hear you out all the way and lets you know that she has the answer.she makes you feel like she is talking down to you.she also got after me for not seeing the doctors sooner. I do not set up the apppointments.

Melissa one of the office girls happen to see me in sub C so she was so helpful by arranging for me to get seen for my 3 month checkup. I had just been out of the hospital from major surgery. Ms. Trevino is one of the best nurse practitioner my mom has ever had. She is very compassionate and made my mom feel very comfortable.

She was extremely unprofessional. Practically implied I was abusing my medication without foundation. She wasn't listening at all She made assumptions based on what I can assume is her personal experience with drugs and medication. She triggered my depression and anxiety disorder after visit. Just deplorable. I hope she doesn't speak to any other patients without a psych evaluation and a sensitivity training. A patients health mental or physical should be top priority. Not an arrogant assumption of something she does not have a doctorate for. I did not request her she was an option when my other physician was not available. Dr. Gushiken was amazing. She listened and tried to formulate a plan for me. Especially since I needed oncology visits.

My appointment was for a post op full hip replacement, when she came in she asked staff if she should be cautious? “ Hi I don’t think we have met i’m Misty. I have needed my hip replaced for years. I came to Gonzaba August 2020 I was given an orthopedic consult but was not granted the visit for over a year. I was finally told the review board kept denying because I smoked. So I quit Feb 14 2022 still was not granted for 5 more months. In my opinion this shows your patients comfort is not in your best interest. I was definitely not met with “ Como Familia” today. I’m seriously looking for a new provider.
