Answered all my questions
Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to
Very good communicator, thorough and answered all questions. Amicable and delightful to interact with.
She was clearly in a hurry, she had trouble listening to me as a result. She cancelled 2 prescriptions during the course of the meeting, and reinstated them after I corrected. She did not really listen to what I was saying and seemed more interested in getting the meeting over with.
I was very pleased with the help that I received. Miranda was very thorough in her investigation of what to do.
She is a lovely person. Every time I come in I am told I have a UTI when test results indicate I have an infection. Don't have pain a sense of urgency etc. I'm disappointed we are not doing more to find out why this continues to happen. I am going to get a second opinion about what is wrong.
