Michelle is always pleasant, kind, informative, and helpful. She carefully listens to every question and concern and responds accordingly. I know she is extremely busy; yet she never makes one feel rushed or insignificant. I always leave my appt. well informed. If I later submit a follow-up question via the portal, I receive a timely reply without exception. I find it very calming and reassuring to be well equipped with knowledge of my situation and to be treated with such respect. Michelle exceeds my expectations because she is also kind and caring.
