Omg! I had a wonderful experience with Michelle. She gave me a very warm welcome and truly listened to me — I felt heard and cared for in a way I honestly haven’t experienced before. She asked thoughtful questions and really paid attention to my answers instead of rushing through the appointment.
At 52, I have unfortunately had many experiences where I felt the medical industry doesn’t always listen to patients, so it was very refreshing to finally feel respected and understood.
I also appreciated that when I mentioned I’m vegan, she didn’t judge me or make me feel like a “crazy hippie,” which meant a lot. She treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The hug at the end was such a human and comforting gesture.
I’m very grateful to have found her and highly recommend her.
